The Kuwaiti Sheikhs' final trial is coming up in a Geneva appellate court between 16 and 21 November2022. It has the prospect to shake the Middle East to its core, because the Kuwaiti government may fall as a result; the Kuwaiti Royal Family, having held a stranglehold over Kuwait since being installed by the British colonial powers since 1861, are now threatened; and Kuwait is the swing vote on the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The Kuwaiti Royal Family put their future in a legal process in a foreign land, for no better reason than that they thought they could buy it. The Kuwaiti Royal Family has no conception of justice or due process; they know only corruption of political and legal processes using their vast oil wealth.
And now all this is about to change, because Geneva justice, although initially proving susceptible to corrupt bribery, has ultimately had to stand with the common western international community line on both standards of European justice and the undesirability of having perhaps a uniquely corrupt Royal Family trying to manipulate western institutions as part of their comprehensively corrupt system of government by monarchy.
What is about to happen is just an extension of Kuwait's partial democratisation in 1991 at the insistence of the Americans who had fought to expel Iraqi troops from Kuwait.
Consider the following wanton instances of corruption or other highly illegal behaviour perpetuated by the Kuwaiti Royal Family:
One branch of the Kuwaiti Royal Family, acting through the notoriously corrupt sports financier Sheikh Ahmed Al-Sabah, and his outrageously corrupt Kuwaiti sidekick Hamad Al-Haroun, forged some videos apparently showing the head of the other branch of the Kuwaiti Royal Family, Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Sabah, plotting a coup d'etat against the prior Emir Sabah Al-Sabah. The videos were sophisticated in their corruption, with spliced audio merged with pinhole camera shots of Sheikh Nasser and his principal sidekick Jassem Al-Kharafi. Other fake videos were also produced, including showing apparent inclinations towards homosexuality and other outrageous and nefarious accusations.
Sheikh Ahmed and Mr Al-Haroun then prepared international legal reports confirming the accuracy of some videos, and passed off those reports as confirming the validity of the coup d'etat and homosexuality videos when circulating them both around Kuwait. However those reports turned out to be about some different and completely innocuous videos.
In revenge, Sheikh Nasser initiated corrupt legal proceedings in Geneva by way of a bribe of USD1,000,000, a bribe which was noticed and called out by Swiss public television.
Geneva's biggest ever criminal investigation followed, lasting some seven-and-a-half years to date, in which the Geneva prosecutor did not investigate the matter impartially but used improper forms of duress, pressure and coercion to try to force various foreign lawyers based in Geneva to confess to having done something wrong in the course of preparation of the legal paperwork.
This corrupted Geneva prosecutor started multiple specious criminal investigations with a view to achieving his corrupt goals, doing the bidding of the briber Sheikh Nasser.
He ended up issuing two arrest warrants on criminal defamation charges (inconsistent with the European Convention on zjuman Rights to criminalise defamation with incarceration) to try to 'break' the principal witness and force him to apologise.
The Swiss authorities, operating under the influence of the Kuwaiti Royal Family, required the principal witnesses's then Ukrinian partner to compromise herself with Swiss intelligence services as a condition of the principal witness being released from prison.
A campaign of sexualised disinformation was run against the partner of the principal witness, with a fake VKontakte (social media) profile being created in her name with her face superimposed upon various flirtatious images typically associated with travelling international prostitutes.
Eventually the Geneva Prosecutor was removed from office pending a corruption inquiry into the Prosecutor's Office of which he was second-in-command, under the notorious Geneva General Prosecutor Olivier Jornot who was scandalised by having sexual interactions with a female junior prosecutor while drunk in charge of his private car. The corruption inquiry is ongoing.
In late December 2021 an attempt was made to drug the principal witness in Belgrade, Serbia. A person with exactly the same name as the principal witness had made the mistake of travelling to Belgrade and reserving a table in a gourmet Emirati-owned Belgrade restaurant. It seems he had his drink spiked with flunitrazepam (an incapacitating benzodiazepene that causes unconsciousness and memory loss)
When the piosoners realised they had poisoned the wrong person, they drove him, drugged, in the trunk of a car, approximately 20km up the Sava River (that ends at Belgrade) and disposed of his body in the notoriously filthy and muddy undredged river. So this became a case of murder.
Mr Al-Haroun engaged in an exercise of blatant identity theft, writing to the principal witness's mother pretending to be him and asking her to wire him money.
Mr Al-Haroun, a master forgerer, is wanted for forgery by each of Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar and Switzerland, with requisite INTERPOL notices issued against him by all those countries.
An attempt was made to have the principal witness arrested and detained by the SBU (Ukrainian security service) border guards or other officials when the principal witness travelled to Ukraine for legitimate peaceful purposes in October 2022. The attempt failed. The principal witness was not arrested, although the identity of the person seeking to achieve this goal by funnelling false intelligence information was revealed as Damjan Krnjevic-Miskovic,a leading far-right Serbian politician who serves as de facto head of the Serbian opposition and with dual Canadian nationality; in conjunction with John Bosnitch, another unpleasantly homophobic and Russophile Canadian-Serb Serbian opposition politician with an international warrant against him for a Canadian bank fraud. Krnjevic-Miskovic has strong connections with the Kuwaiti Royal Family through his front organisation for receiving foreign money to interfere with democratic process in Serbia, the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development of which he is Executive Director.
The Kuwaiti intelligence services, the 'Kuwaiti Security Service', controlled by the Kuwiati Royal Family, have been engaging in wholesale electronic document theft as an apparent attempt at creating a comprehensive Kompromat file against the principal witness that they then revealed to the principal witness. He defused the crisis by promptly publishing a full list of the allegedly incriminating materials (that were not in fact incriminating at all).
An attempt to use errant functionality on Twitter to record the principal witnesses's conversations over a period of six-and-a-half. (This was a failure because the time period recorded involved the principal witness spending time in a series of extremely noisy bars / nightclubs in which nothing succinct could be heard from the microphone of a mobile telephone secreted in a bag.)
An (albeit incompetently executed) exercise in creating a honey trap for the principal witness was initiated by a junior Serbian political official, Nebojsa Lazarevic (an eminence grise pseudo-politician with some kind of responsibility for EU integration who is also an intelligence agent although it is not clear who for but we can speculate), together with the Russophile Serbian politician named John Bosnitch referred to above, using a honey trap by the name of XXXXX XXXXXXXXX (nee XXXXXXXXXXXX), divorced with X children, XX years old, of Belgrade. XXXXXXXXXX has strong contacts with XXX XXXX XX XXXXXXXX, a XXXXXXXX XXXX that serves as a front organisation for XXXX XXXXXX; her boyfriend is serving an extended sentence (XX years to be precise) in XXXXXX XXXXXX for XXXXXX of another (Albanian) XXXXXXX XXXXXX by car. She herself has recently been handed (on XX XXXXXXX 2022) a XXX XXXXX period of XXXXXXXXX for the XXXXX of XXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX.
When this honey trap didn't work, another was promptly dispatched, namely a XX year-old lady by the name of 'XXXX', of Phillipino nationality, who worked(s) in the kitchen of an upscale Emirati-owned restaurant in Belgrade. In the XXXXXXXX Mall, called XXXXX. XXXX has a temporary Serbian residence permit (six months) and has lived in Kuwait.

There is no way the Kuwaiti Royal Family, the Al-Sabah family, can survive this wave of outrages. They must go and be replaced with a representative democracy. They are a structurally corrupt band of second-rate criminals.
The PALADINS. We route out corruption and malfeasance in some of the world's most corrupt and abominable corners of power. And that includes, first and foremost, the truly appalling Kuwaiti Royal Family. The state of Kuwait must become a Republic; and the Al-Sabah family, several of whom are under investigation for international crimes by the US authorities, must be thrown under the proverbial bus to achieve this. Otherwise the GCC's swing vote will be indefinitely dominated by a bunch of psychotically corrupt lunatics.
